Set to become the biggest live entertainment arena in the UK, Co-op Live are looking for a Senior Production Manager to create an industry leading music and entertainment experience for our fans and artists in Manchester.
You will be a part of an awesome venue management team, building and leading the production team from the front driving success. Lead the production operation including policy and procedure creation, ensuring regulatory compliance and industry requirements are met to create amazing shows.
Leading a team of 2 Production Managers and 1 Coordinator, you willl oversee all technical and production aspects of events at Co-op Live ensuring seamless delivery of our pre-event planning through to post-event evaluation. Serving as a primary production contact for all allocated events, you will be the point of contact for all queries; working collectively with the Head of Venue Management on all event costs/budgets whilst ensuring safety and compliance for all shows.
This is a unique opportunity, delivering on our live show experiences - The Senior Production Manager will have involvement with venue rigging, temporary electrical distribution and crewing contracts ensuring each provider meets their safety, SLA, KPI and budgetary obligations; ensuring our shows have the best experiences for our audiences.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Proven experience within Leadership role operating at Senior Production Manager level is essential. You will be a key team player, supporting your team in the best way possible to achieve the best live experiences for the venue. You will take pride in leading and inspiring others to success.
We are looking for someone is AutoCAD trained, has a thorough understanding of venue rigging, temporary electrical distribution and seating systems along with experience of overseeing large complex event productions.
