Sky Garden sits atop 20 Fenchurch Street, the iconic Walkie Talkie building and houses 2 restaurants, 2 bars, events and public spaces. We're looking for an experienced maintenance engineer to join our support team.

Reporting into the Group Maintenance and Group Head of Facilities - UK, this brand-new role will be responsible for all day-to-day maintenance and facilities management on-site.

You’ll oversee sourcing and supervision of all contractors/third parties allowed on site;

Manage the Health & Safety requirements/obligations of all areas and operations including security, maintenance, waste handling, fire evacuation strategy and any other relevant areas

Maintain safe and secure environment for customers, visitors and employees

To act as liaison within the building to address any issues or concerns

Ensure the premises are secure and safe; by inspecting/monitoring our areas, equipment, surveillance equipment, facilities and points of access/exit.
