We are now looking for a Floor Manager to come and be part of the incredible team.

You will work closely with the Management team, sharing accountability for managing, hiring, training & developing our team of more than 20 members.

The Floor Manager will be very service and customer focused, be hands on, charismatic and an inspirational team player that can set the example to our team.

The ideal candidate would be aproven Assistant Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Floor Manager from a similar fine dining environment – either within restaurants or hotels – but ideally from a venue that holds accolades such as rosettes or Michelin stars.
