As a Chef de Partie, you will be working with Kerth Gumbs, in a team of 18 chefs offering seasonal, clean, elegant and dynamic… expressive, modern cuisine.
You’ll have plenty of learning potential and, with our senior team having risen through the ranks of our kitchens themselves, a clear progression path.
