We are now looking for a Procurement Assistant to support our Director of Procurement and drive cost optimization in a fast-paced environment.

As a Procurement Assistant you will:

• Ensure precise, up-to-date nutritional and procurement data.
• Monitor compliance with procurement policies and standards.
• Analyse procurement trends for cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure product quality.
• Support the team with administrative and reporting tasks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in F&B cost control or a related field, have strong communication and financial acumen, exceptional attention to details and organisational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adaco software.
