Role Purpose

Here at Co-op Live, we are looking for a Venue Marketing Manager to join our amazing Marketing Team here at the Venue! This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the marketing team at Co-op Live, the UK’s largest arena.

Responsibilities

You'll drive strategic marketing initiatives for both B2B and B2C audiences, focusing on corporate clients, event organisers, premium partners and fans.

 

Working closely with global brands and artists, you'll develop creative campaigns to enhance fan experiences through premium spaces, food and beverage offerings, and bespoke venue content.

 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll assist with creative concepts for ancillary spaces and support commercial objectives.

Salary: Up to £38,000 dependent on experience

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

As a Venue Marketing Manager, you will have previous Marketing experience and Industry experience - either working for another Venue or Event related business.

 

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes Marketing, can be an ambassador for Co-op Live, integrate with our ambitious Marketing Team and drive change within the business. 

 

Stakeholder engagement is key, having the confidence to have marketing led conversations coupled with extensive digital marketing experience.

 

We are also seeking those that have - 

  • Specific experience with Google Suite (Analytics, GTM, Adwords) and/or Meta Business Suite
  • A strong knowledge of SEO
  • Understanding of brand
  • Experience in email marketing and CRM lead generation
  • Experience in end to end campaign management, scheduling and delivery
  • Data driven mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure
