We are dedicated to transforming dining and beverage services across sports and entertainment venues by prioritising culinary innovation, local concepts, and seamless technological integration.

We are looking for an experienced and agile F&B Mobilisation Lead/ Manager to lead and support the mobilisation of key projects across our growing portfolio. This is a hands-on operational role that requires frequent travel and the ability to be embedded on-site during critical mobilisation phases.

Experience in food and beverage operations within sports venues or live event environments is essential, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality operational rollouts at pace.

The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience from senior operational roles within sports, live entertainment, or large-scale hospitality environments, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully opening and mobilising complex venues. They must possess exceptional leadership capabilities, enabling them to manage and motivate diverse teams effectively, even in high-pressure scenarios. Furthermore, the role demands an adaptable professional who thrives in dynamic settings, can readily travel extensively at short notice, and remains comfortable working extended periods on-site to ensure seamless operational delivery.
