Located within the Westfield development on the riverbanks of the Elbe, Elemente will be the first of its kind - an enchanting South American Restaurant & Bar. Inspired by fire, water, wind, and earth, it's a tribute to nature. Additionally, on the 13th floor of the adjacent building RHC will launch Air Bar 13 with a 360-degree panoramic views of the Elbe, the port, HafenCity, and Hamburg's city centre !
RHC will create a culinary journey through South America, where fresh ingredients and bold flavours harmonise. The interior design embraces nature's aesthetic with abundant plants, creating a captivating dining experience.
We are looking to recruit an exceptional General Manager to join our team and open Elemente. Initially, the General Manager will need to be a Project Manager, leading the smooth mobilisation with the RHC team, recruiting and training a world class team of around 95 staff members ; following that an operational super star with the tenacity to manage two distinct outlets, multiple heads of department, drive sales, whilst having great presence and being hands on to lead by example.
We are looking for a strong individual, with proven experience in a similar role within quality restaurants and bars; with the desire to step up with multi-outlet experience; commercial, sales and marketing skills; with great personality, presence, and a passion for all things food and drink. Knowledge of South American cuisine would be an added bonus although not essential.
We are open to hearing from candidates in the premium restaurant, luxury hotel and foodservice arenas.
There will be a fair bit of pressure and high expectations – but you’ll be given the tools to deliver an incredible, cutting edge food offering on multiple channels.
