We're looking for an experienced Head Waiter to join our Restaurant team.

As a Head Waiter, you'll oversee the smooth running of our Restaurant, the Market Kitchen. 

Inspired by a traditional food market, Market Kitchen celebrates the very best seasonal produce with fantastic choice and changing specials.

The adjacent Terrace bar is an excellent outdoor space for lunch, dinner or just some drinks in the sun, weather permitting of course!

As a Head Waiter, you'll be mostly overseeing the breakfast and lunch service. However, some flexibility will be required to cover occasional evening shifts. 

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will need to have some experience as a Head Waiter – whether you’ve worked within quality restaurants or bars, a high street brand or hotel, we’d love to hear from you.

That said, we are open to all and have a super training plan for those with less experience. Great presence, personality, communication skills and a love of food and drink are essential. 

We look for smart, polished individuals. Serious on the outside, but fun on the inside!
