With over 350 diverse and exciting events taking place each year, guests to the Royal Albert Hall can complement their visit with exceptional hospitality experiences. The operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people.
We’re now looking for a talented Pastry Sous Chef to join our purpose-built pastry kitchen working with a lovely team led by an incredible Executive Pastry Chef.
As a Pastry Sous Chef you will be creating delicious treats such as cakes, petit fours, muffins, afternoon tea's and plated desserts ranging from sweet and simple to fine and advanced.
Most importantly, you should be an excellent team player with a strong foundation of leadership skills and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills with our team of 7.
