We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the end-to-end AP function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Coupa, NetSuite, and Concur, and a strong understanding of AP best practices and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Accounts Payable team, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Review and approve high-value or complex invoices, payment runs, and vendor setups.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce errors using automation tools and system features.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and improve end-to-end Procure-to-Pay workflow.
• Train, mentor, and support the development of AP staff.
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of cash flow projections to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Coupa, NetSuite, and Concur.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in hospitality or large venues catering environments
• Background in multinational companies, with exposure to cross-border operations
