We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Cost Controller to join our growing Stadia division here at Oak View Group.
The Food and Beverage Cost Controller – Group Stadia will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of food and beverage costs within an organization. They will be expected to work closely with the central support team to monitor inventory levels, analyse costs, and develop strategies for cost reduction. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records and providing timely financial reporting.
They will oversee all purchasing, stock management, holding logistics and day-to-day cost control - aside from cost control, they will also manage F&B data, monitor and control all beverage handling in the building, plus complete regular stocktakes and inventory control.

Experience within stadia, arenas or large venues in the live entertainment industry would be highly desirable as well as knowledge of Adaco.
