We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to join our opening team!

The opening General Manager will need to be an inspiring leader, business developer, coach, counsellor and genral operational superstar.

Senior enough to create and lead a team whilst being hands on enough to lead by example. From world-class  events to logistics, lifts and loading bays, this role will be involved in every facet of the operation.

The team will start small with an opening team of about 10 and will grow to 30 plus once Chapter is fully occupied.

We are looking for a strong individual in a similar role or with the desire to step up with multi-outlet experience; commercial, sales and marketing skills; with bags of personality and presence.

We are open to hearing from candidates in the premium restaurant, retail and foodservice arenas.
