The Market is the foodie heart of 22 Bishopsgate. A bustling space that houses two coffee bars, a fantastic collection of food counters, an all-day restaurant, outdoor and indoor bar and a catered events space.
We're looking for a Sous Chef to join our team - working in our professional kitchen, you'll be overseeing a brigade of around 7 chefs, delivering on floor catering as well as a big variety of events, from conferences and talks to private dinners and parties.
In addition to events, you will manage on floor catering throughout the building - mainly corporate hospitality, working lunches, directors dining and other F&B requests.
Our food offer is fresh, healthy and vibrant with an innovative edge. All of the food at 22B showcases RHC's signature creativity, whether fresh, classic or Asian style street food in our kiosks.
The ideal Chef will have worked in a quality hotel kitchen or a top-end B&I contract catering operation and have great presence, personality, communication skills but above all, a love of food and drink.
You'll have the support of a superb Executive Head Chef and Culinary Director to help you on your way.
We operate Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend events.
