We are looking for an Accreditation Officer to join our People Operations Team on a 3 Month FTC. This key role will see you at the heart of our operations, supporting both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and secure accreditation process for every event. From issuing staff and partner passes to liaising with venue teams and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, you’ll play a vital part in keeping everything running safely and professionally behind the scenes.
You’ll manage the accreditation process end-to-end – working with internal departments and external partners to understand their access needs, issuing passes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the daily running of our accreditation systems and office. You’ll work as part of our growing People Operations Team to help implement robust operational standards and contribute to creating a welcoming, professional environment that reflects Co-op Live’s values.

Salary: Up to £32,000 dependent on experience + Benefits
Please note this role is a fixed term contract, working 5 out of 7 days onsite and will be required for events here at Co-op Live which includes evenings and weekends - therefore flexibility is required.
