Here at Co-op Live, we are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Legal team at our state-of-the-art venue in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the legal function behind some of the most exciting and high-profile events in the UK.
As a Paralegal, you’ll work closely with the Head of Legal to provide commercially focused legal support across a broad range of matters. From drafting and reviewing commercial contracts to helping ensure legal compliance and supporting on major projects, your contribution will help drive the smooth and secure operation of the venue.
You’ll be at the heart of our legal operations, providing hands-on support across a wide range of commercial and contractual matters. You’ll be drafting, reviewing and negotiating everything from sponsorship and venue hire agreements to supplier contracts, NDAs, and IT/data agreements. Your work will involve offering clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders across the business, while also staying ahead of legislative and regulatory developments that may impact the live entertainment industry.
Beyond the legal fundamentals, you’ll help ensure good corporate governance, contribute to risk management efforts, support litigation and project work, and take ownership of contract administration processes. You’ll also play a key role in promoting consistency and best practice by developing templates and streamlined procedures that help drive legal efficiency and impact.

Salary: Up to £30,000 dependent on experience
