Southampton FC’s matchday hospitality at St Mary’s offers seven distinctive lounges, from the exclusive, pitch-facing The Halo and Knightwood Lounge to private Executive Boxes, the refined Markus Liebherr Lounge, stylish 1885, relaxed pub‑style Saints Bar, and sociable Staplewood Lounge. Each of these outlets providing premium seating, inclusive dining or drinks, and varying atmospheres to suit both corporate and casual guests

We are looking for a Deputy General Manager – who’s ready to bring world-class hospitality to the pitch-side stage.

You’ll be the right hand to our powerhouse General Manager, helping lead a high-performing team delivering unforgettable food and beverage moments across our iconic lounges, boxes, and events spaces.

What you'll do

• Champion operational brilliance across matchday and non-matchday catering
• Motivate, mentor, and manage teams with purpose and pride
• Elevate every guest’s experience—from pre-match fizz in The Halo Lounge to street food that’s pure stoppage-time magic
• Ensure seamless service, sharp execution, and unforgettable moments for fans and clients alike

What we're looking for

• A proven leader from high-volume hospitality or event catering
• Cool under pressure, sharp on detail, and inspiring on the ground
• Creative, commercially savvy, and passionate about guest experience
