On top of the main experience, Frameless features dedicated events spaces and exclusive hire opportunities, perfect for receptions, dinners, awards, business meetings, product launches and filming.  Rhubarb manage all events and Hospitality at the venue.

The Role

We are looking to recruit an exceptional Planner to lead everything F&B. Working closely with our partners the venue and Rhubarb’s legendary events team, you’ll bring incredible F&B experiences to life.

The role will involve client account management, responding to F&B requests, managing bookings, coordinating with the venue, coordinating with Rhubarb, staffing, conducting show arounds, overseeing menu tastings, attending briefings, and being a general ambassador for Rhubarb at Frameless. No two days are the same and with decades of expertise, this is an incredible opportunity for a  rising star to make a name for themselves in the world of events at one of London’s most iconic venues.

The Person

A proven background in Event Planning within Visitor Attractions, Event caterers or hotels is a must. Strong business acumen and a thorough understanding of the London Events market are essential. This is an exciting, dynamic role within a fast-paced environment. The ability to multi-task, be resourceful, highly organised and with an attention to detail and quality is essential.
