we're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who thrives on variety, loves getting their hands dirty, and can juggle multiple brands like a pro.

What You'll Be Doing

This is no desk-bound role – you'll be the creative force behind our multi-faceted marketing function, working with a small, dynamic team to:

• Lead our social and digital content strategy across all venues and events spaces
• Create compelling campaigns that showcase everything from casual dining to premium experiences
• Manage multi-channel marketing for bar, restaurant, and events simultaneously
• Develop and execute content plans that bring each venue's unique personality to life
• Drive bookings and footfall through innovative digital marketing approaches
• Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure marketing reflects the on-ground experience

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing marketing for multi-faceted hospitality/restaurant businesses
• Digital marketing expertise with a heavy focus on social media and content creation
• Hands-on mentality – you'll be creating, planning, and executing, not just strategising
• Hospitality industry knowledge – you understand the unique challenges and opportunities
• Creative flair matched with analytical thinking
• Must live in Nottingham or easily commutable area

The Details

• Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
• Working Pattern: 50/50 split between on-site and home-based work
• Reporting: Island Quarter Director / Accountable to Marketing Director
• Team: Small, agile marketing function where your impact will be immediate and visible
