This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the marketing team at Co-op Live, the UK’s largest arena. Working closely with global brands and artists, you'll develop creative content to enhance fan experiences, drive sales and differentiation.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our event marketing engine — planning and delivering high-impact campaigns that sell tickets and elevate the fan experience. You’ll work closely with promoters, agents, partners and internal teams to maximise ticket sales across the event lifecycle, from announce to post-show. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role ideal for a confident marketer with a passion for live music and a sharp eye for detail.

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Benefits
We would be keen to hear from those with proven experience in campaign management, ideally within live entertainment. As a Campaign Manager, you will have a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including email, social media, paid media, web, and in-venue communications.
You will possess excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously as well as being a solid all round communicator. Familiarity with CRM Platforms, audience segmentation platforms are essential along with interpretting marketing data and analytics to inform campaign strategy and optimise performance.
