The role
OVG is seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Global Touring and Content - a transformational leadership opportunity with one of the entertainment industry's most dynamic and fastest-growing companies.
As an inspiring leader, you'll oversee a team whilst driving the vision for our global touring and content operations from the UK to the Middle East and beyond.
This is a brand new role, within an organisation experiencing explosive growth, working directly with the industry's most influential artists, promoters, and venue operators to shape the future of live entertainment globally. This position offers unparalleled career opportunities within OVG’s leadership team.
Please note; extensive international travel forms a core component of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
You'll work closely with our EVP to influence the live entertainment experience, crafting a best-in-class touring and content strategy.
Lead and inspire a dynamic growing team, providing strategic direction for comprehensive market research, client relationship management, and global touring operations.
You'll oversee complex international projects, develop strategic partnerships with promoters and agents worldwide, and drive business development initiatives.
Work closely with the EVP on strategic decision-making, present high-level reports and recommendations to senior leadership, and represent Oak View Group at industry events and client meetings internationally.
The role encompasses planning, team development, and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of venues and touring partnerships.
Drive innovation in content programming and touring strategies, leading initiatives that enhance our competitive position whilst mentoring your team to achieve exceptional results.
You'll be responsible for establishing new market opportunities, negotiating complex agreements with clients and venues.
