Your TikToks don't just entertain – they drive queues round the block. Your campaigns don't just reach audiences – they build communities of food obsessives who can't stop talking about Rhubarb.
You'll be the visual voice of our brand, wielding your camera like a weapon of mass attraction. From the sizzle of a pan to the pop of a champagne cork, you'll capture moments that make people stop scrolling and start booking. Your days will be split between strategic planning sessions and getting your hands dirty with content creation – because the best digital marketers know that authenticity comes from being in the thick of the action.
Your photography and videography skills will be your secret weapons as you transform everyday hospitality moments into scroll-stopping content. You'll orchestrate social media symphonies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring each platform gets content that feels native, not recycled. Website content will flow through your creative filter, whilst digital campaigns will spring from your strategic mind.
Data will be your north star as you monitor metrics, decode analytics, and pivot strategies in real-time. You'll collaborate with our internal dream team and external agencies, but when it comes to visual content, you'll be hands-on, ensuring every pixel aligns with our brand voice. Trend-spotting will become second nature as you stay ahead of the digital curve, incorporating fresh tactics before they become mainstream.
What We Need From You
Three years minimum of battle-tested experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably in hospitality where you understand that dining is about experience, not just eating. Your portfolio should tell stories that made people feel something – whether that's hunger, FOMO, or pure joy.
You're fluent in the language of content creation, editing, and visual storytelling. Social media platforms are your playground, and advertising tools are your instruments. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp aren't just software to you – they're extensions of your strategic thinking.
Your communication skills are as sharp as your creative eye, and your analytical abilities help you turn data into decisions. You work brilliantly solo when inspiration strikes, but you're equally magnetic in collaborative settings. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or similar gives you the foundation, but your passion gives you the edge.
