The Food and Beverage Cost Controller – is responsible for ensuring the effective management of food and beverage costs within Skygarden. It is expected to work closely with the team to monitor inventory levels, analyse costs, and develop strategies for cost reduction.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain cost control procedures for all food and beverage operations
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that food and beverage costs are within budget
• Work closely with the F&B team to analyse costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction
• Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction, such as portion control, menu
engineering, and waste reduction
• Maintain accurate records of all food and beverage purchases, inventory levels, and costs in
