This is your chance to be part of the UK’s newest, most exciting music and events venue, where every day brings the buzz of world-class performances and unforgettable experiences.
You’ll be the go-to hero behind the scenes, making sure our technology hums along perfectly, keeping staff connected, systems running, and events flowing without a hitch. From setting up event-critical IT systems and troubleshooting tech issues, to supporting our iconic Halo digital signage, you’ll gain hands on experience that most people only dream about.
As you work alongside our talented IT team, you’ll be learning the ropes, earning a nationally recognised qualification, and building skills that could take you anywhere in the industry. Whether it’s laptops, AV equipment, CCTV, or network infrastructure, you’ll get up close with the technology that powers incredible live shows. You’ll collaborate with everyone from marketing to event ops, playing a vital role in creating seamless experiences for fans and artists alike. And because we’re on a mission to be carbon neutral by 2038, you’ll also be part of our drive for sustainability and innovation.

Salary: Up to £28,000 dependent on experience
Please note this role is working 5 out 7 days per week and supports our events, therefore weekend and late evenings are required.
