Sous Chef Wanted: Change the Game at St Mary's Stadium 

OVG is on the hunt for a game changing Sous Chef to join our powerhouse kitchen team at the iconic St Mary's Stadium,  home of legends and now, legendary food.

Forget soggy chips and bland burgers. We’re rewriting the stadium food playbook — and we need you to help lead the revolution. Reporting to our Executive Head Chef, you'll be front and center in transforming tired match day grub into next-level street food that fans crave, share, and queue for.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the charge in delivering creative, fast paced food concepts that redefine stadium concessions.
• Develop crowd pulling menus that are as photogenic as they are delicious - we're talking Insta worthy bites that sell themselves.
• Keep things moving with smart grab & go options that fuel the fan base without slowing them down.
• Support a high energy kitchen brigade and help raise the bar for consistency, flavours, and flair.
• Work match days, events, and beyond - creating food that makes the whole experience unforgettable.

Who You Are:

• A passionate chef with solid experience in high-volume, high-energy kitchens. (arenas / stadia, big venues)
• Obsessed with food trends, street food culture, and delivering bold flavours fast.
• Calm under pressure, a natural leader, and always thinking two steps ahead
