We are looking for a Chef de partie to be apart of our amazing team. We are a close team working in stunning venue within the O2. 

This is a high volume operation, we looking for a team player who's looking to contribute to the successful kitchen operation. 

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen environment
• Experience with high-volume, banqueting style service preferred
• Strong knife skills and solid understanding of cooking techniques
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
