We're looking for a brilliant Finance Systems Administrator to join our vibrant UK team!

Role Purpose

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be our go-to systems champion, keeping our financial operations running smoothly whilst supporting teams across different time zones. Think of yourself as the bridge between technology and our brilliant finance colleagues.

 

Your day-to-day adventures will include:

  • Being the friendly face of financial systems support – from troubleshooting tricky issues to answering those "how do I...?" questions
  • Managing user access, permissions, and workflows like the organised wizard you are
  • Welcoming new team members with top-notch onboarding and training (you'll make systems feel less scary!)
  • Creating brilliant training materials and running engaging sessions to boost everyone's system confidence
  • Playing detective with data integration issues and keeping our information flowing seamlessly
  • Building custom workflows, reports, and dashboards that make everyone's life easier
  • Getting stuck into exciting projects – system implementations, upgrades, and clever integrations

What We're Looking For

Essential experience:

  • 3+ years minimum in a systems administration role (we need someone who's been around the block!)
  • NetSuite expertise – this is absolutely crucial for the role
  • Solid grasp of financial processes (general ledger, accounts payable/receivable – the usual suspects)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an eagle eye for detail
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel wizardry

Highly desirable:

  • Coupa experience – we'd be delighted if you've worked with this platform
  • Concur knowledge – another feather in your cap if you've got it

Nice to have:

  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, FreshService)
  • Relevant certifications (NetSuite Administrator would be fantastic)
