Lobby Host - Sky Garden

• up to £15.21 per hour (30 Hours a week)

We're looking for Lobby Hosts to help the smooth running of Sky Gardens busy hospitality operation, you'll be on the front line providing friendly, engaging service to guests across the venue. 

This role requires strong communication skills, as you'll be interacting with a high amount of customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service. You should be able to remain calm under pressure (especially during busy periods), and do it all with positivity and a smile!

Main Responsibilities 

• Deliver friendly, efficient and professional customer service to all guests that come this iconic London venue.
• Provide an exceptional visitor experience by managing and optimising the flow of guests in and out of the Sky Garden lifts on the Ground Floor lobby and Level 35, ensuring they get to the right place.
