• Cafe Manager - Museum of London Docklands
• Location: Museum of London Docklands, Canary Wharf, London
• Salary: £40,000 per annum
• Contract: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cafe Manager to lead our vibrant cafe operation at the Museum of London Docklands. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a unique hospitality venue within one of London's most fascinating museums, serving both museum visitors and the local Canary Wharf community.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and food quality standards
• Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to maintain cost-effective operations
• Develop and implement efficient service and look after our amazing team
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards
• Maintain high standards of customer service 
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and effectively

Experience in a similar role is essential, as are excellent communication skills, ability to lead and manage a team and a passion and love of food and customer service.
