Role Purpose

We’re building a team of Casual Ticketing Assistants to help us deliver unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be supporting ticketing onsales for the hottest events while acting as the friendly first point of contact in the Box Office on event days. You’ll help fans with ticket queries, reprints, reallocations, and app troubleshooting, as well as process bookings for accessible seating to ensure inclusivity for all. Alongside this, you’ll respond to enquiries via email with accuracy and positivity, while working closely with Venue Management, Marketing, and Front of House teams to anticipate fan needs. With full training provided, you’ll quickly become a go-to expert on our systems, venue layouts, and events.

Salary: £12.60ph

 

Please note this role is offered on a variable shift pattern, supporting our events, therefore weekend and late evenings are required. 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

What we’re looking for:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft packages and similar).
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-focused, organised, and able to multitask
  • A positive team player who thrives in a buzzing, high-energy environment.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in a ticket office or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems/software.
