Salary: Up to £35,000

We're opening a brand new venue and need an exceptional leader. This isn't about following existing protocols or keeping things running, it's about defining what excellence looks like and building a team that delivers it every single day.

We're looking for someone who is passionate, and expereinced in managing other to deliver seamless service.

What You'll Do

• Shape our service standards, train new teams, 
• Oversee daily F&B operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service
• Mentor and coach team members, creating clear pathways for growth and development
• Bring fresh ideas to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency

Who You Are

• A proven leader with supervisory or assistant management experience in restaurants, pubs, hotels, or premium contract catering
• Someone who thrives on building rather than maintaining—you see potential where others see problems
• Passionate about hospitality with genuine care for both team and guest experience
• Ready to take ownership and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
