• Café  & Venue Manager - Museum of London Docklands
• Location: Museum of London Docklands, Canary Wharf, London
• Salary: £40,000 per annum
• Contract: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Café  & Venue Manager to lead our vibrant café  and venue operations at the Museum of London Docklands. 

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a unique hospitality venue within one of London's most fascinating museums. This role will oversee our cafe operation as well as venue events ensuring exceptional hospitality is provided by our team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café  and venue operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and food quality standards
• Develop and implement efficient service and manager our amazing team
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards
• Communicate effectively with the client to ensure seamless hospitality delivery across our venue and cafe
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and effectively

Experience in a similar role is essential, as are excellent communication skills, ability to lead and manage a team and a passion and love of food and customer service.
