We are looking for a casual Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People & Culture Team here at Co-op Live. This role will be working 2 days per week until December 2025.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a vital part in building the incredible team that makes our world-class events happen. From musicians and performers to operations and guest experience, you’ll help us attract and secure the very best people across the live entertainment industry. You’ll be the go-to for candidates, coordinating interviews and assessment centres, managing busy recruitment schedules around event calendars, and ensuring every applicant has a smooth and engaging experience. Working hand in hand with our Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers, you’ll support everything from drafting job ads with a creative flair to organising large-scale recruitment days for event staff. You’ll keep our systems and processes running seamlessly, provide accurate hiring reports, and make sure all compliance checks are in place, while also championing Co-op Live as an exciting place to build a career in live events.
Salary: £12.60ph
Please note this role is working 2 days a week onsite (Monday and Wednesdays) at our amazing Co-op Live Venue on the Etihad Campus.

What we’re looking for
Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar coordination/administrative role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in dealing with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, particularly during peak event periods.
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and compliance checks.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
A team player with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
