About the Role: Step into a leadership position overseeing a skilled brigade of 7 chefs, delivering exceptional culinary experiences across diverse events and premium corporate catering.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor a team of 7 talented chefs in a fast paced, creative environment
• Deliver outstanding on floor catering including corporate hospitality, executive dining, and bespoke F&B services
• Execute diverse events from conferences and presentations to exclusive private parties
• Showcase our signature fresh, healthy, and vibrant food philosophy with innovative flair
• Support ordering and stock control

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in high quality hotel kitchens or premium B&I contract catering operations
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for innovative cuisine and exceptional food presentation
• Team player who can inspire and develop junior chefs
