Role Purpose

As we continue to grow here at Co-op Live and gear up for an impeccable line up of events, we’re looking for a detail-driven Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join our People & Culture team on a 6-month fixed term contract (3 days per week).

Responsibilities

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring our talented permanent staff and casual crew are paid accurately and on time, and that their benefits run seamlessly behind the scenes.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end payroll processing for our fast-moving team here at the Arena

  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance across all payroll and benefits administration

  • Acting as a trusted advisor for all payroll-related queries

  • Partnering with our People & Culture Manager to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience

  • Supporting the rollout of new benefits and initiatives as we continue to elevate our culture

Salary: Up to £32,000 Pro Rata + Benefits

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Here at Co-op Live, we are looking for - 

  • Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for getting things just right

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset - you love making things smoother, simpler, and smarter

  • An all round team player, you'll be able to collaborate with Teams and Staff here at Co-op Live, providing excellent customer service!

Please note this a 6 Month FTC to start ideally immediately. This role is working 3 days per week on-site.
