Now, we’re looking for a experienced and visionary Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead and implement our strategy here at Co-op Live. This is your chance to play a defining role in shaping Europe’s best and greenest live entertainment venue.

As Assistant General Manager, you’ll be at the centre of the action, driving strategic excellence across venue operations, ticketing, fan experience, sustainability, and special projects. You’ll ensure every event runs flawlessly, every fan leaves buzzing, and every partner feels the Co-op Live difference.

You’ll deputise for the General Manager, sit on the Executive Committee, and lead a passionate team across key departments, helping us deliver unforgettable experiences for fans, artists, and partners alike.

- Proven leadership in major event or venue management (music, sport, or live entertainment).

- Strategic, commercially minded, and confident leading large-scale operations.

- Exceptional communicator who can inspire teams and influence stakeholders.

- A natural problem solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

- Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and large-scale event governance.
