Copper Box Arena is seeking skilled CDP'S to join our casual kitchen team on a flexible basis. As one of London's premier sporting and events venues, we host a diverse range of activities from major sporting events to concerts and exhibitions, delivering high-quality food service to thousands of guests.

We're looking for experienced culinary professionals who can work flexibly across our busy events calendar.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team produce high volume catering on our high volume event days
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards (HACCP), and health and safety regulations

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
• Experience in high volume catering / events
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene 
• Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certificate (minimum)
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and occasional weekdays
• Right to work in the UK
