Here at Co-op Live, we are looking for a Partnerships Director to join our Partnerships Team. Join us on our journey as we have built a world class music venue with a roster of unique and integrated partners, now it’s time to grow even further!
As the Director of Partnerships, you’ll lead and expand our partnerships strategy, playing a key role in shaping a thriving ecosystem that aligns seamlessly with our marketing and growth objectives. You'll lead the Partnerships team to implement and activate the contractual rights for the naming rights partner and other commercial partnerships at Co-op Live, delivering value for the partner and the venue while helping to drive new sales opportunities. Collaboration and organisational alignment are central to success of this role.
The Partnerships Director will work cross-functionally to ensure cohesive strategies, creative storytelling, and consistent delivery of value to partners. We're looking for proven experience within a senior partnerships role, managing diverse teams and multiple partnership streams. As a Partnerships Director, you will have a clear understanding of venue partnership contractual agreements, objectives, and vision; along with a good understanding of the sponsorship sales process end to end.
Exceptional leadership and team management skill are pivotal; demonstrated by a consistent track record of leading teams to achieve excellence. You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that deliver measurable results.
