About the Venue

Rhubarb are excited to announce the incredible news of our upcoming venture at the stunning waterfront of Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier – introducing the spectacular Elemente Restaurant

and AirBar 13!

 

Located within the Westfield development on the riverbanks of the Elbe, Elemente will be the first of its kind - an enchanting South American Restaurant & Bar. Inspired by fire, water, wind, and earth, it's a tribute to nature. Additionally, on the 13th floor of the adjacent building RHC will launch Air Bar 13 with a 360-degree panoramic views of the Elbe, the port, HafenCity, and Hamburg's city centre.

 

Rhubarb will create a culinary journey through South America, where fresh ingredients and bold flavours harmonise. The interior design embraces nature's aesthetic with abundant plants, creating a captivating dining experience.

 

 

Role Purpose

Elemente is seeking an exceptional Head of Sales to drive the restaurant's growth and establish it as Hamburg's premier dining destination.

 

This is a rare opportunity for a Head of Sales to shape every revenue stream—from optimising daily table bookings and crafting strategic partnerships with corporate clients and tourism operators, to delivering showcase events that exceed €10,000 and building lasting relationships across Hamburg's vibrant business community.

 

You'll work at the intersection of hospitality, sales strategy, and brand development, collaborating closely with Westfield's development team, our Marketing Manager, and London headquarters to create campaigns that convert.

 

We're looking for a proven F&B sales leader and visionary Head of Sales who thrives on performance metrics, lives for the art of the deal, and knows how to translate data into revenue.

 

As Head of Sales, you'll own the commercial strategy end-to-end—maximising SevenRooms and OpenTable systems, developing tailored corporate packages, pursuing cruise ship terminal and hotel partnerships, and leading a high-performing team to achieve minimum 15% year-on-year events growth.
