We are looking for an exceptional Head of Event Operations to lead event delivery for Rhubarb and Bovingdons; operating across the capital's most iconic and prestigious venues – from world-renowned museums to historic stately homes and distinguished livery halls.

Working alongside sister company Bovingdon's Catering, you'll orchestrate flawless experiences across our accredited portfolio. This is a hands-on role in which you'll command the floor with presence; inspire teams, lead exceptional briefings; ensuring every event – whether an intimate private celebration, corporate launch or glamorous charity gala dinner – exceeds expectations and gives our guests a unique experience. 

We're looking for an immaculate, seasoned hospitality professional with 10+ years of senior leadership in premium, fine dining events within iconic and or heritage venues. You'll combine operational excellence with a 'roll-your-sleeves-up' energy, transforming from behind-the-scenes coordinator to polished client-facing presence as each event unfolds.
