We are looking for a Retail Support Manager to join our growing team. In this brand new role, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence across our London café portfolio, including the acclaimed Flotsam and Jetsam venues within our Bovingdon's Catering division.
Working closely with our Head of Retail, you'll move fluidly across our outlets, stepping in where needed – covering staffing gaps, troubleshooting challenges, and championing the guest experience at every touch point. This is a hands-on senior role where you'll set the standard: opening and closing, running reports, delivering light training to new starters, and ensuring every coffee is exceptional and every plate hits the mark.
We're seeking an entrepreneurial hospitality professional with 5+ years in F&B retail – ideally from high-street coffee chains or premium café environments. You'll work autonomously, driving your own agenda across multiple London locations. You're an aspiring leader ready to make your mark, combining operational know-how with a passion for excellence and guest delight.
