Mamma Mia! The Party is a unique combination of ABBA inspired musical theatre and Greek banquet – all within an elaborate setting specifically designed to entertain over 500 guests per show.
We're looking for an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our high-energy team at Mamma Mia! The Party in London. You'll work alongside the Deputy General Manager Bars to drive our bar operation forward, maximising revenue whilst delivering exceptional service that keeps our guests singing and dancing all night long.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee the entire bar team, from managing rotas and training to controlling stock and maintaining our exacting standards. You'll need to be confident with systems like Micros, QuikServe, Adacco and Fourth, using them to hit KPIs and produce the reports that keep everything running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have brilliant product knowledge, a passion for developing their team, and the operational know-how to juggle everything from VIP service strategies to daily wastage reports.
