Lead operations at one of London's most prestigious historic venues as General Manager of Fulham Palace. This is a commercially driven, client-facing role perfect for an experienced hospitality professional with a background in traditional venues, think livery halls, heritage banqueting spaces, or landmark events destinations. You'll be the face of the venue, building strong relationships with clients and guests whilst driving sales growth across corporate events, private celebrations, and large-scale functions.

As a senior, strategic leader, you'll oversee all operational aspects, from the café and events coordination to team management and financial performance, ensuring the venue achieves ambitious sales targets and KPIs. Your ability to engage with clients, convert enquiries into bookings, and deliver exceptional experiences will be crucial. With a hands-on approach during peak times and a focus on business development, you'll identify new revenue opportunities and promote Fulham Palace as a premier destination.

This role offers genuine autonomy, the chance to shape the venue's success, and attractive compensation including a salary of £55,000 plus up to 20% performance-based bonus.
