8 Bishopsgate is a diverse, multi-outlet tenant driven operation with an incredible range of hospitality. 8 features two café bars; a restaurant on level 26; The Lookout on level 50; executive dining and meeting rooms plus an auditorium for up to 200 guests. In addition, we cater events across the building.

• Breakfast Chef
• £14.50 per hour | Mostly Monday - Friday

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. If you're an early riser who loves starting the day by creating delicious breakfast dishes, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast items
• Ensuring all dishes are prepared to a high standard and served promptly
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Following food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Managing stock levels and minimizing waste
• Working efficiently during busy breakfast service periods

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role
• Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques
• Ability to work early morning shifts
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Understanding of food safety standards
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure during peak times
