We are seeking a Marketing & Design Intern who is passionate about hospitality, has a genuine love for food and drink, and thrives in a fast paced creative environment. This is an exciting opportunity to design across a portfolio of beautiful restaurants and world-class hospitality accounts, supporting marketing activations, developing campaign identities, and acting as a brand guardian.

The Role

As a Marketing & Design Intern, you will support the marketing team in producing eye-catching visual content and admin tasks for our various locations.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, social media and graphic design within a fast-paced hospitality

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and producing marketing assets, including social media graphics, email campaigns, posters, menus, and other promotional materials.
• Support the marketing team with digital content creation for social media.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and marketing channels.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and projects across our portfolio of restaurants and brands.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, photos, and feedback for creative projects.
• Stay up to date with design trends and assist in brainstorming new marketing ideas.

About You

You’re a creative thinker with strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality design. You’ll have the confidence to work independently while being a collaborative team player, delivering beautiful, effective design work that captures the spirit of Rhubarb Hospitality Collection.

Skills & Experience

• Recently graduated in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.#

• Experience using Canva or similar design tools is advantageous.#

• Strong creative eye with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Passion for hospitality, branding and visual storytelling is a plus.
