About the Venue

Sky Garden sits atop 20 Fenchurch Street, the iconic Walkie Talkie building and houses 2 restaurants, 2 bars, events and public spaces. We're looking for an experienced maintenance engineer to join our support team.

Role Purpose

Fabric Engineer - Sky Garden
 City EC3M |  £18/hour | 40 hours/week

 

About the Role
Be the crafts person who keeps Sky Garden looking and functioning at its absolute best. As our Fabric Engineer, you'll take hands-on responsibility for maintaining the building's fabric, fixtures, and fittings to the highest standards. This is a role where your practical skills in joinery, plumbing, and decorating come together to make a real, visible difference every day.


You'll handle both planned maintenance and reactive tasks, ensuring our stunning venue remains pristine and fully operational. From general carpentry work to basic plumbing fixes and decorating touchups, you'll be trusted to deliver quality work that maintains the exceptional standards our guests expect.
