At Co-op Live, we’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our fast-paced, growing team delivering world-class live entertainment. You’ll be at the heart of the action, providing exceptional technical support and first-class customer service to keep our shows running smoothly.
You’ll be the first point of contact for all things tech - triaging issues, resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, managing user accounts, and making sure every interaction leaves our users confident and supported.
This isn’t your typical 9–5 IT job.
Our events are the main event - so flexibility is key. You’ll work across day and evening shifts, providing crucial event-day support to internal teams, clients, and third-party partners. When thousands of fans are heading through the doors, you’ll be behind the scenes making sure the tech performs just as well as the artists on stage.

This is an onsite role, working 5 days out of 7 including weekends, because the show doesn’t stop, and neither do we.
