We are seeking a super organised, tech-savvy Digital Experience & Integrations Manager to join our dynamic team and take the reins of our Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM). In this digital focused role, you will be at the forefront of scheduling and all our digital marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless content delivery, customer engagement, and brand visibility.

As the Digital Experience & Integrations Manager, you will be the technical owner of our Dynamics 365 CRM & Co-op Live App environments as well as playing a key role in managing the integration and automation of processes across our ecosystem.
You’ll be at the forefront of coordinating the development of the Single Customer View within our CRM; the bridge that
connects all the teams within the business, contributing to our collective success. In this pivotal role, you'll be an essential part of our technology team, helping us shape the future of live entertainment and make a meaningful impact on our planet's future.

Salary: £50,000 - £52,000 per annum depending on experience + Benefits
This role is Monday to Friday working hours but may require some out of hours work to be conducted as required by the business.
We’re looking for someone with industry experience who brings proven experience. You’ll be confident using Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, with strong IT skills to manage the software that keeps everything running smoothly. Thriving in a buzzing, fast-paced environment, you’ll show resilience, make decisions under pressure, and meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects. The Digital Experience & Integrations Manager will have strong GDPR knowledge and have strong experience in XML, JSON.
The role requires someone who is highly organised with excellent time management and a sharp eye for detail. You’ll bring a collaborative, team-focused approach and thrive on the positive energy and momentum of a high-achieving environment.
