We're looking for a talented and driven Assistant Retail Manager to help lead our exceptional team and maintain the world-class standards our tenants expect.

You'll be supervising a team of around 10 Food & Beverage Assistants across a dynamic mix of food stalls, coffee bars, and counter service outlets — all operating within a state-of-the-art environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and motivating a team of ~10 F&B Assistants across multiple counter service outlets, food stalls and coffee bars
• Setting and maintaining best-in-class service standards — from cleanliness and presentation to tenant interaction and brand experience
• Supporting the weekly menu editing and publishing process — our menus change every week, so a sharp eye for detail is essential
• Championing innovation across the food and beverage offer
• Being a visible, engaging presence for the tenants and visitors we serve
• Driving brand awareness and a consistent guest experience across all outlets

What we're looking for

• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality, food service, or retail — ideally in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly around written content and menu accuracy
• Strong written English — clear, confident communication is central to this role
• A genuine passion for food, coffee, and hospitality
• Technical or design skills are a real bonus — experience with digital publishing tools, menu design, or similar is a significant advantage
• A warm, professional manner and real pride in tenant and customer experience
• Barista knowledge or experience is a plus
