Managed by Rhubarb, Sky Garden sits atop 20 Fenchurch Street, a.k.a. The Walkie Talkie Building, and houses two restaurants, two bars, a retail outlet, ground floor coffee kiosk and stunning event spaces.

Role Purpose

F&B Reservations Agent – Sky Garden

  • up to £15.21 per hour (Hourly Contract)
  • On‑the‑job training and development

We're looking for an F&B Reservations Agent to support the smooth running of Sky Garden’s busy hospitality operation. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll provide friendly, efficient and engaging service across phone, email and online enquiries, ensuring every visitor has an exceptional experience from the very start.

 

This role also requires flexibility to support Reception and Host duties as business needs arise—welcoming guests, managing seating, and helping ensure the venue runs seamlessly.


You’ll need strong communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure (especially during peak periods), and a consistently positive, guest‑focused attitude

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, efficient and professional customer service to all guests contacting this iconic London venue.
  • Manage restaurant and bar reservations through phone, email and booking platforms, ensuring accuracy and organisation.
  • Provide clear, helpful information about dining options, availability, menus and special events.
  • Coordinate closely with F&B, Reception and Host teams to maximise guest satisfaction and operational flow.
  • Support front‑of‑house duties when needed, including greeting guests, managing queues and coordinating table plans.
  • Uphold high standards of guest care, handling queries and requests promptly and professionally.
